This website, healing4world.com, is run by Dinesh Mishra (Team Healing4World), Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India, an Independent Healy World Member. It is not the official Healy World website. Contact: healy4world@gmail.com or +91 76488 10001.
What we collect
- Details you send us through our forms: your name, WhatsApp or phone number, city, email (if you give it), your message and the options you choose, such as your interest or your Dosha assessment result.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
- Usage information from cookies and similar technologies, described below.
We don't ask for health records, and please don't send us medical information through the forms.
How we use it
- To reply to you, usually on WhatsApp, and to follow up on your enquiry.
- To help you choose, set up and use Healy or MagHealy, and to tell you about offers, events and webinars you've asked about.
- To measure and improve our advertising and website.
We do not sell your personal information. Purchases are made on the official Healy India shop, which is operated by DHC Medical Service Private Limited; their own privacy terms apply to your order.
Cookies, the Meta pixel and the Conversions API
We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to understand how our ads perform. When you submit an enquiry form on our landing page, we may also send Meta a notification of that enquiry through Meta's Conversions API. Contact details sent this way (your phone number, first name and city) are converted into a one-way code (hashed) before they leave our server. Meta acts under its own data policy. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram settings and block cookies in your browser.
Other services we use
- Netlify hosts this website and receives our form submissions.
- Google Fonts provides the website's typefaces.
- YouTube videos load from youtube-nocookie.com only when you press play.
- WhatsApp is used when you choose to message us.
Stored on your device
Some tools, such as the Dosha assessment, remember your last result in your own browser so you can see it again. It stays on your device and is not sent to us unless you choose to submit a form.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to help you and to follow up, and delete them when you ask us to, unless we must keep them by law.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable laws, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent, or stop receiving messages from us. Write to healy4world@gmail.com; we'll respond as quickly as we can. If you're not satisfied, you may contact the relevant data protection authority.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
